Mercart Pewter Set contains three 6"x6" sheets of Mercart tin-coated pewter, created especially for metal embossing. The pewter covered on both sides by tin with a total thickness of .008. It's softness and strength allows metal embossing tools to slide easily, achieve extraordinary volume and dimension. The tin coating prevents pewter lead from coming into contact with skin, and allows the metal to be antiqued with tin patina solution to achieve an old world look.
