Clearsnap Cats Eye Pads come from the ColorBox pigment ink collection, offered in smaller, affordable cats eye shapes. The Cats Eye Pads feature the same Colorbox pigment ink pad quality. The inks are water based and formulated to stamp on absorbent papers. But, because they are slow drying, they may be used for embossing techniques on coated or nonabsorbent papers. The rich, thick inks are fade resistant and do not bleed once heat embossed. The raised inking surface is made of quality soft foam for optimum inking results. These inks are acid free, pH balanced and archival quality.
