All shipments to a US address are charged a flat rate of $5.50.
Speedy shipping is our mantra.
(well, one of our mantras) If your order is received before noon
(CST) it will ship that day. Weekends and holidays obviously disrupt
the schedule a bit, but just know that your order will be shipped
quickly. You won't have that experience of placing an order and then not
knowing if and when it will ship! We promise! (If you are paying by
check, money order or e-check, your order will ship when funds clear. Orders marked Postal - Check or Money Order are canceled if not paid within two weeks.)
All packages are shipped USPS Priority, which means your order will arrive in anywhere from one, to three or four days depending on your distance from Arkansas. Of course this is the US I'm talking about. Overseas shipments are another story, but they usually arrive within ten days.
Paper is always boxed - never sent in an envelope.
We do not offer Express service, or other methods of shipping at present.Shipping costs outside the US:

What you see on our site is what we have in inventory. In the rare event that our count is off we may need to send you a substitute product or give a credit - your choice..(assuming success in our attempts to contact you).
An 8% sales tax charge is added if your order is shipped to an address within the state of Arkansas..
We want our customers to be satisfied with the quality of merchandise and service here at Memory Villa. Purchase price will be cheerfully refunded on all unopened and undamaged merchandise which is returned within seven days of receipt - no questions asked. Customer is responsible, however, for shipping costs, as well as a 10% restocking/handling fee. If your shipment is damaged, please contact us by email or phone within 24 hours, and we will arrange for replacement. Damage claims will be resolved within seven days of notification..
Our main newsletter is now on a random schedule - not to exceed once monthly. We now also offer optional "New Product Notifications" which are simple brand-specific announcements letting you know when we post new arrivals of certain brands. When you sign up for the newsletter you are given the choice as to which, if any of these notifications to activate.
