Locating a product
Sometimes it's just too much trouble or time consuming to look through each page and category to find an item. The search feature at the top of each page will allow a basic search for name, partial name, or item number. Also, the advanced search feature allows additional search parameters.
Will you get this or that brand?
Please write us using the contact form to get that information. We are constantly ordering new lines and new products within the lines we already carry but it may take a little research to find out if your line/item is in the queue.
Do you have a walk-in store?

How long does it take to ship?
Every paid order we receive before Noon (Central Time zone) ships that day. This obviously excludes weekends and holidays. There is almost never a delay of more than 24 hours getting a shipment out the door! If an order is paid by check or e-check it will ship as soon as funds are cleared.
Do you ship to _______?
We are US based, and presently accept online orders to Canada and Australia. If you need an order shipped to another country check with us. We can possibly take the order by email and bill you through paypal or call for payment details. Note also that it is quite expensive to ship overseas... We only use USPS priority shipping and do not ship envelopes.
Why won't your site accept my credit card?
There could be a number of reasons -
1) The billing address for the order must match the billing address for the credit card.
2) The card's expiration date must be entered in this format 00/00.
3) Most importantly, check for typo's in the card number and address.
If you're sure the card is "good" and you still can't figure out why it's not being accepted, please just call, email, or simply place the order using the "pay offline" option for payment. We don't want to lose your business!
There was damage to my shipment - what do I do?
First we need to know your order number. We also need to know which items in the shipment were damaged. We may need the items returned or pictures of the damage, but don't worry, we will do our best to make sure you are happy! We rarely have a damage problem, but it has happened.
Will you hold an item for me?
Generally this would be impractical for us. If it would be paid within two weeks we accept "Offline Payment" orders which can then be paid by check, or manually processed through PayPal or Authorize Dot Net. When purchasing in this way, you would choose "Pay by Phone (Offline Payment)" on step three at checkout, and then we can call you for details. If paying by check, you may also simply include a note in the order (in step four). If payment has not been received within two weeks the order is then canceled and returned to stock.
Will you donate supplies to my crop?
Years ago we would donate to almost any organization that asked, but due to the overwhelming number of requests we get we've had to put some limits on donations. Our policy in general is that your organization/contact information must be verifiable, and we have limited our total expenditures to a reasonable level.
Checkout problems
Occasionally we have a user who encounters a problem with baskets emptying, or whose browser is not cooperating... Usually this happens to users coming through AOL or another proxy server. If you are having this problem we would very much appreciate an email or call to let us know the specifics of the problem. As of August 10, '08 our core software has been updated, and we believe this problem has virtually been eliminated.
