MemoryVilla's third annual scrapbook retreat will (was) be held at the breathtakingly beautiful Camp Mitchell retreat on Petit Jean Mountain in West Central Arkansas!

The MemoryVilla Scrapbooking Retreat is a very special annual event where each and every cropper will recieve total pampering! Croppers can expect an amazing weekend with one-on-one attention and assistance with scrapbooking techniques, unlimited cropping, and a ton of surprises!

*Cost of the Retreat is $250.00 per person.
(this includes everything listed above in "What to expect", plus lodging, and meals!)

*Meals include supper on Friday night, 3 meals on Sat, breakfast and lunch on Sunday

*Rooms have either 4 beds and a private bath or 2 beds with private bath. (2-bed rooms are first come - first serve) Each room has a balcony or patio.

Crop Fees and Cancellation Policy

*Complete registration fee is due on the day of signup
($50.00 of your registration fee will be non-refundable)

*Cancellation Policy is as follows:

- If you cancel before February 14th, you will receive a full refund
(minus the non-refundable $50.00 deposit)

-If you cancel after February 14th, you will only receive a refund of half the registration fee
(minus the non-refundable $50.00 deposit)

You will create an awesome portfolio of pockets and pages to record all your loved ones special days! This class totally rocks with papers and embellishments from Flair Designs new "Year Round" collection, Prima, 7Gypsies, Prism, and more!

* "Clearly" a cool MemoryVilla Retreat Scrapbook
(instructors: LeAnne Bull & Melanie Stout)

Create a 6"x12" album using some of the hottest materials and techniques available today! We will use products from Hambly Screen Prints, Heidi Swapp, Ranger, Prism, and more to create a clearly cool scrapbook to fill with crop photos and memories.

Class info: Each class will be 1 1/2 to 2 hours in length, and will be taught twice in the newly remodeled Burke Hall. Classes are optional, upon arriving you can either sign up to take your classes at one of the designated times, or simply ask to recieve the class kits. Also, there will be special surprises for croppers who attend the classes!

*Make n Takes:
(There will be 3 fabulous make n takes using the latest & greatest, 1 for each day!)

* Just Play table (an entire table filled with new products you can Play with!)
* Personal Photo Shoots (The picturesque Camp Mitchell Retreat is ideal for photos, and we plan on taking a ton of them! Every attending cropper is invited to schedule time for a free outdoor photo shoot to remember the occasion.)
* Inspiration Library (Our inspiration library will be open during the entire crop. You'll find layouts, albums, jewelry, paper crafts projects, and home decor by the MemoryVilla design team. There will also be a selection of idea books, recent magazine releases, and baskets of scented candles, plush fabrics, paint swatches, and collections of natural elements to invigorate and inspire the senses. Also look for project ideas and kits this year!)
* Technique at your table service (choose a technique from your own personal menu and we will show you how to do it at your table)
