Metal Embossing in my PJ’s!

lol…I just completed a review for ScrapFriends on MercArt USA metal embossing tools and materials and I have to say that I loved metal embossing!

Anyway, for one of my review projects, I decided to trace an owl from my new favorite pajama pants to create the project!

Here is the finished project

“Art Rocks”

Supplies:
Tin Coated Pewter (MercArt USA)
Metal Embossing Tools (MercArt USA: Teflon Tools, Complementary Tools, & Refiners)
Inspiration for Project (PageSage Art Unscripted DVD, & Magdalena S. Muldoon’s Metal Embossing Workshop)
Alcohol Inks (Ranger)
Transparent Overlay (Hambly Screen Prints)
Owl Image (Nick & Nora Pajamas found at Target)
Rub ons (Hambly Screen Prints)
Glitter Glue (Ranger Stickles)
Embroidery Hoop (Michael’s)
Stickers (Heidi Swapp, & Making Memories)
Paint (Jaquard Lumiere)
Ribbons (Personal Stash)

Here is a close up of the owl -

And here is a picture of my new - can’t live without because they are too fabulous - pajamas!

Well okay so that’s not me wearing them of course….but I found them at Target and not only did I buy two pair…lol…but I also bought the matching nightshirt! What can I say..They just make me happy!

Happy Creating!
April

This is one of the most awesome projects ever! I want to make one! After CE we will have to plan a day and have everyone over to the little house to create.

Sheesh, first Tammy and now you…stop with the enabling! I am SO resisting heading straight to that review because I KNOW I don’t need another crafty obsession…but you really have to stop, I don’t know how much longer I’ll be able to resist!
