Art Unscripted…

Art is unscripted…it is organic. We capture that on camera. You see every step as it unfolds. - PageSage
PageSage recently came out with a fantastic new DVD called Art Unscripted with Carol Duvall an Artist Retreat. Luckily I got the chance to review it for ScrapFriends and it pretty much Rocked!
One of the classes on the DVD was a Metal Embossing class taught by Magdalena Muldoon and it was fabulous! I still have some practicing to do, but I had a ton of fun trying my hand at metal embossing and I created the wings behind Charlie using sheet metal and some great embossing tools from MercArt!
Products used:
Inspiration for Project (PageSage Art Unscripted DVD)
Cardstock (Prism Prismatics)
Patterned Paper (Creative Imaginations)
Metal Embossing Tools (MercArt USA: Teflon Tools, Complementary Tools, & Refiners)
Sheet Metal (EK Success)
Rub ons (Fancy Pants)
Pens (Uniball, & Sakura)
Sequin flowers (Queen & Co.)
Rhinestones (Me & My Big Ideas, Karen Foster)
Adhesive (Adhesive Tech, Permanent Bond Glue Runner)
This is called a Blizzard Book and the entire thing is created by simply folding paper! That’s right…no stitching, glue, tape, staples, nothing…..just creative folding!
